Southwest Airlines responds... says I am an idiot.

Southwest Airlines responded to my complaint about their misleading marketing of award certificate restrictions. They basically said I am an idiot, that their misleading marketing was an innocent IT mistake and I shouldn't get my pants in a bunch over it. And to have a nice day with lots of LUV.

Yeah, so I may fly Southwest again -- if it is the cheapest way to get somewhere -- especially since no other airline will sell a $50 round trip ticket these days.

Here is the letter they sent. Laugh amongst yourselves. Aloha.

eBay Catalog may finally stop arriving... maybe

I received this email today from eBay Customer Support. I felt like it came out of the blue but it was appreciated none-the-less:

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to problems you've had trying to have your address removed from our mailing list due to it being addressed to a different person. I apologize sincerely that I was unable to respond sooner and I will be happy to help.

First, please know that I am mailing a copy of that mailing label to our Opt-out department today to have it removed as soon as possible. I dosee that your address is still on the old account of another member of eBay. I will also be contacting them to have them update that information on their eBay account. Either way, the mailings addressed to that other person at your address should cease very soon.

...

I am truly sorry for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused you, but am very happy to help. It's important that your experiences with eBay are enjoyable.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Sincerely,
Sandy P.

Southwest Airlines Responds... sort of

I received a standard-issue response post card from Southwest Airlines. They must have a lot of complaints if it takes 6 weeks to receive a reply from this company.
