Information removed

Today Marc Labate of Allied Construction called my cell and business "at the advice of his lawyer" giving us 30 days to remove the complaint we posted about him "on google" suggesting it was libelous. Since the only thing Ive ever posted about him was a previous blog entry about my experience with him, it was a bit silly but I chose to remove some of the details. You can ask me about them if you want. On the call today, he threw out a lot of phrases, like $10,000 lawsuit, coming to my business, and libel. So I have modified the post to remove any of the complaint information even though Im sure it was just a threat. It is a sad day for consumers. I would still never rehire Marc Labate / Allied Construction. Consider it a negative reference.

I did, however, speak with two people today who were involved in litigation against Marc Labate. Interesting stories they have. And most likely soon a matter of public record.
