Hey GoDaddy - my website is down again! Why don't you already know this, being a hosting provider and all?

At 12:29pm today, an alert tells me that my business website LuxBakeryAndCafe.com is down again. Coldfusion needs to be restarted. They clearly dont know about it.

I called at 12:45pm. The rep asked me how I know the server needs to be restarted. I told him the "Server Error. JRun closed connection." was a clue.

1:07pm -- the server was restarted... a downtime of 38 minutes *if* the alert was generated when it actually went down.

1:12pm -- The rep hasnt returned from putting me on hold yet. Im sure I will need to tell him that things are good now.

1:18pm -- The rep returns form putting me on hold. I tell him I paid in advance for one year's hosting back in June. I asked the rep what is the process of cancelling my hosting and getting the remainder refunded as this continued downtime was not acceptable. He told me if I cancel my hosting I could ask for a refund of the remaining unused portion. Best news Ive heard all day.
