Initial contact to us when the "recorded phone call" took place was back in July. Never heard from them again until last week. Threatened to turn us over to a collections agency in 7 days... We took the same steps it sounds like you did. Only difference was company name- Ours was Yellowpages Local Directory in Champlain, NY. In addition to the BBB, our State Attorney General we also filed a complaint with the FTC at the recommendation of the BBB.
