I was being char...same exact thing happened to me.<br /><br />I was being charged 49.95 each month, piggybacked on my AT&T bill <br /><br />when I called them to find out what the charges were for, they say it's for a monthly tech support service charge that was ordered by an old employee - they must have harvested her first name because I would never, EVER sign up for technical support that I'm charged for every month whether I use it or NOT! after checking, they came back on the line and said they will refund me for $599 which is the total they have been charging me for over a year! this must be fraudulent practices because they agreed so quickly to such a huge refund - obviously hoping I would not go to the authorities.Matt Brownhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08381272087774096582noreply@blogger.com
